Creative Evolution was founded by Maia Kipping, a strategist, content creator and marketer with a background spanning social media management, copywriting, video and creative production.
Maia has worked across a wide range of sectors - including specialist construction, hospitality, creative services, luxury, media, fitness and social enterprise - supporting both direct clients and agency partners.
That breadth shaped the way Creative Evolution works today. Good marketing cannot be separated from the wider business. It needs to understand the audience, sales journey, internal capacity, commercial priorities and the reality of what a team can consistently deliver.
Maia combines the strategic and practical sides of the work: thinking about what needs to happen and then helping make sure it actually does.
